Note that all shipping and delivery costs are to be paid solely by the customer and please contact me before you send it back for my shipping address and in order to advise you on the best shipping method (so as to avoid extra charges e.g., custom charges etc.).

You will receive a refund equal to the returned item’s value, within 7 working days within after i have received the returned item. All items should return to me unused in their original package. Any items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted. In this case, the items will be returned to you and/or a refund will be refused.
