Medium Spirals can be worn as necklaces that can also be adjusted if you move the loop across the different beads of the necklace. So they can be worn in different ways as necklaces and they can also be wrapped three times on the wrist as bracelets. If the length is bigger than a triple wrap on the wrist it can be adjusted if you just move the loop on the bead that fits your wrist and place the extra part of the bracelet under the three wraps.
