Small Spirals can be worn as chocker necklaces or as bracelets if they are double wrapped on the wrist. If the length is bigger than a double wrap on the wrist it can be adjusted if you just move the loop on the bead that fits your wrist and place the extra part of the bracelet under the two wraps.
